Don't Hurt Laurie!

If you read my little intro thing on my blog, you'll already know this, but if you don't, I'm reading a book called Don't Hurt Laurie! It's really good, even though I haven't finished it.

It's about a girl named Laurie. Her mom's name is Annabelle. This is exactly what the back says:

"You have no consideration for anyone else! Now clean up this mess!" Laurie bent down to pick up the things she'd dropped. And Annabelle kicked her...

Laurie's been keeping a secret for as long as she can remember, a secret that she's afraid to tell anyone else. The only other person who knows is Annabelle, her mother-because Annabelle is the one who beats her.

Then, one day, Annabelle goes too far-and Laurie is finally desperate enough to do something to save herself.

I was interested the moment I read the back. Also, when I started reading, I realized what a jerk Annabelle really is. Everytime it mention the details about what happened to Laurie, I feel sorry for her, even though I know that she's a character in a book. It's really sad that some mom's are the same as, or even worse than, Annabelle is.

I can't wait to finish this book! So, if you'll excuse me, I have some reading to do.

My New New New Background

I got another new background, and you will see many more in the future. But, this is my new new new background. You will also see many more new's in your future. I know this because I am psychic!! No, I is just kidding, I know that because I know me!

I like my new background! Do you like my new background?? Guess what!! I am sooo bored!! Ryan says that I should get sooo entertained so that I'm not sooo bored! I think he is kind of crazy! Taylor Swift's new CD-Fearless

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Taylor Swift's songs, and I love her new CD, Fearless. My favorite song on the CD (right now) is The Way I Loved You. I don't really know why. I also like You Belong With Me, Love Story, Fifteen, and Breathe. But because The Way I Loved You is my favorite right now, I'm going to show the lyrics to it. Here they are:
